We offer a wide range of services designed to help you move forward with confidence, wherever you're headed next. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to take the first step.

Our Services & Treatment

These services are here to support you wherever you are, whether you’re navigating something individually, working through relationship challenges, or simply wanting to be more intentional in your growth as a couple, coparents, or as an individual. The goal is to create a space that feels grounded, supportive, and clear as you move forward.

  • A space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. Individual therapy can support you in navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work towards your goals, build clarity, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self so you can move through life with more confidence and ease.

    Approach & Treatment May Include:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    • Mindfulness and grounding techniques

    • Emotion regulation skills

    • Exploring patterns, beliefs, and past experiences

    • Building self-awareness and coping strategies

  • Relationships can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly challenging. Couples therapy is a space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create a stronger, more connected partnership. Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, or working through a rupture, we’ll focus on helping you better understand each other and move forward with intention.

    Approach & Treatment May Include:

    • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

    • Communication and conflict resolution skills

    • Rebuilding trust and emotional safety

    • Identifying and shifting negative interaction patterns

    • Strengthening connection and intimacy

  • Ongoing, supportive sessions designed to help you stay connected, intentional, and aligned in your relationship. This work is ideal for couples who are not in crisis but want to maintain progress, strengthen communication, and continue growing together over time.

Sessions are typically scheduled once a month or every 4–6 weeks, offering a consistent space to check in, reconnect, and address small concerns before they become larger challenges.

  • A structured, short-term process to help you better understand your relationship and strengthen it with intention. Using the Prepare/Enrich assessment, we’ll build insight, improve communication, and create a more aligned foundation.

This work is designed for couples at many stages, whether you’re dating, recently moved in together, engaged, or newly married, and want to feel more aligned, confident, and connected in your relationship.

Most couples complete this process in approximately 4–5 sessions, making it a focused and manageable way to invest in your relationship. There is always the option to continue into ongoing sessions if you’d like to explore deeper work or maintain progress over time.

    What This Process May Include:

    • Prepare/Enrich assessment and personalized feedback

    • Guided conversations around strengths and growth areas

    • Communication and conflict resolution tools

    • Exploring values, expectations, and long-term goals

    • Strengthening connection and partnership

  • A short-term, structured process for couples who feel uncertain about the future of their relationship. Whether you’re considering staying together, separating, or feeling stuck in between, this work creates space to slow down and gain clarity without pressure.

Together, we’ll explore what has led to this point and what path forward feels most aligned. The goal is not to push a specific outcome, but to support thoughtful, intentional decision-making.

Discernment counseling is typically completed in 1–5 sessions and is best suited for couples where one or both partners are unsure about continuing the relationship.

  • A supportive space to help parents work together more effectively, even when the relationship itself has changed. This work focuses on creating stability, consistency, and clear communication while prioritizing the well-being of your children.

Whether you are newly separated or navigating ongoing challenges, co-parenting support helps reduce conflict, strengthen collaboration, and build a more sustainable dynamic over time.

  • A future offering I’m excited to grow into is small, intentional retreats, designed as a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships. These experiences will be rooted in many of the same values as my clinical work, while remaining wellness-based and non-clinical.

This offering is currently being developed and is not yet available to the general public, allowing for a more thoughtful and intentional experience as it evolves.

    More details coming soon.

How It Works & Treatment

My approach to therapy is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices while keeping the work grounded, practical, and supportive, so you can not only gain insight, but begin to create meaningful change in your day-to-day life.

Approaches/Treatment May Include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and developing tools to shift unhelpful patterns.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Helps individuals and couples better understand emotional needs, strengthen connection, and create more secure, supportive relationships.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy
Centers on identifying strengths and building practical steps toward the changes you want to see.

  • Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation
Supports you in becoming more aware of your internal experience while developing tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

  • Relational & Attachment-Based Work
Explores patterns in relationships and how past experiences may be influencing the way you connect with yourself and others today.

The goal is not to fit you into a specific modality, but to use what is most helpful for you in a way that feels supportive, clear, and sustainable.

What to Expect

Finding the Right Fit

After you submit the contact form we will reach out via email and offer the opportunity to start with a free 15-minute consultation call or just head straight to booking an appointment over email. The choice is yours. Whether its over the phone or email we will explore what you’re looking for and make sure this feels like the right space for you. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share what’s bringing you in.

If we decide to move forward, we can schedule your first appointment during the call. If it turns out we’re not the best fit, I’ll help connect you with a trusted referral so you can still receive the support you need.

Beginning with Intention

Your first session is a space to slow down and begin where you are. We’ll explore what’s been going on, gather important background, and start identifying patterns, challenges, and goals.

This session is about creating a clear and supportive starting point, no pressure to have everything figured out.

Since La Casita Naranjita is a Self Pay practice we are not bound by insurance to assign a diagnosis or a limit on visit frequency. This means we can take our time diagnosing (it stays off your medical record) and treatment planning can be tailored exactly to your needs.

Doing the Work Together

The second session is a bit more history gathering but at this session we begin collaboratively working on a treatment plan. Ongoing sessions are where deeper insight and change begin to take shape. Although, in my experience clients find great relief as early as the first session. Getting started is always the most challenging but also most rewarding step. Follow up sessions we’ll work collaboratively to build understanding, develop practical tools, and navigate patterns in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your needs.

Each session is paced with care, whether we’re focusing on emotional processing, communication, or skill-building.

Moving Forward with Support

As progress is made, sessions may shift to a more maintenance-based rhythm. This creates space for you to continue growing while feeling supported and confident in applying what you’ve learned in your daily life.

I have clients that have been with me for years and others that only need support for a season. All are welcome!
